1. All orders placed through Atlas Grafix are subject to acceptance and availability.
2. Orders are considered confirmed once payment is processed and the design is approved by the customer.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that are illegal, offensive, or violate our policies.

2. Production & Customization

1. All products are custom-made based on the artwork or specifications provided by the customer.
2. Production times vary depending on product type, order size, and customization level. Estimated production times are provided at checkout.
3. Minor variations in color, size, or design may occur due to printing or manufacturing processes and are not considered defects.

3. Payment

1. Payment is required at the time of order.
2. We accept payments via major credit cards and trusted payment gateways.
3. All prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping

1. Shipping costs, delivery times, and carriers are specified at checkout.
2. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Atlas Grafix is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in additional charges.

5. Returns & Refunds

1. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.
2. Defective or incorrect items caused by Atlas Grafix will be replaced or refunded as described in our Shipping & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

1. All content, artwork, designs, logos, text, images, and website material (“Content”) are owned or licensed by Atlas Grafix.
2. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use Content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
3. By submitting artwork or designs to Atlas Grafix, you warrant that you own or have the rights to use such materials and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. Atlas Grafix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products.
2. Our total liability for any claim related to products or Services is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
3. Customers assume responsibility for proper use, installation, and handling of all products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Privacy
