  1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Production Time

All Atlas Grafix products are custom-made. Standard production times vary depending on order size, material, and customization requirements.
Average production time: 3–7 business days after artwork approval and payment. Larger or specialty orders may require additional time.

1.2 Shipping Methods

We ship orders across Canada using trusted carriers. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

1.3 Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada (Ontario & nearby provinces): 2–7 business days
  • Canada (National): 4–10 business days

Shipping timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. Atlas Grafix is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

1.4 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available based on the shipping method chosen).

1.5 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

1.6 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue to Atlas Grafix within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged items, packaging, and shipping label.
  • We will assist with filing a carrier claim and provide a replacement when applicable.
  1. Return Policy

Because all Atlas Grafix products are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing issues, colour variations, design changes, or customer error.

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom stickers, decals, labels
  • Custom signs, banners, and graphics
  • Personalized products created based on customer specifications
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or handling

2.2 Returns for Defective Products

If the product you received is defective or does not match the approved artwork, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect items

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement at no cost or issue a refund at our discretion.

2.3 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.
Once design work or printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  1. Exchanges

Because our products are custom made, Atlas Grafix does not offer exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

 

  1. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

  • A defect is confirmed
  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • A cancellation was approved before production began

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
